Basic Dribbling Drills

Dribbling is one of the most important skills in basketball. Without good ball control, it is hard to move around the court effectively.

Some basic drills include:

  • Pound dribbles (low and hard dribbles)
  • Crossover dribbles
  • Between-the-legs dribbles

Practice these drills daily to improve control and confidence. Always keep your head up while dribbling so you can see the court.
